At the end of 2025, the validity of the Resolution on the National Housing Programme 2015–2025 (ReNSP 15–25) will expire. Consequently, the Ministry for a Solidarity-Based Future must prepare a new National Housing Programme for the period 2026–2036. To support this process, it requires a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and trends in the housing sector in Slovenia.

 

The aim of the project was therefore to prepare an analysis of the current situation and trends in the housing sector in Slovenia.
